ABS Grilles

We manufacture and customize billet and mesh grilles in stainless steel and ABS. ABS is a very strong and hard type of plastic used in many mechanical settings. It is a less expensive material than steel, much lighter, and won’t rust. Most original grilles placed on cars and trucks are made from ABS. Unlike our ABS designs, though, these grilles aren’t customized to your taste and to fit the other custom-designs you want to put on your vehicle.

Customizing ABS Grille Colors

A customized ABS grille can be detailed in pretty much any way you like. It can be painted in any color, including a chrome-like color to mimic steel grilles. They can even be finished with real metal plating.

However, don’t feel limited to making your grille look like steel—the color options for ABS are pretty wide. If you drive a pink Cadillac, why not get a white or pink grille? We powder-coat our ABS grilles to give them durability and added resistance to chipping. We can add UVA seals to minimize effects of strong sunlight and heat in certain climates. Since ABS is less expensive, you can opt to change out your grille style or color after a few years.

Keeping Your Car Grille Clean

ABS grilles can be cleaned with soap and water. Be careful with commercial cleaning preparations as they can scratch the surface.
