Fuel Door Covers

We make fuel door covers from ABS, the toughest plastic around and will provide additional armor for this very important part. Like our other ABS products, this piece is chrome-plated and stands up to the most extreme weather and elements. It won't turn yellow on you or peel. And it fits right over the door you have.

If you're going to shine up your vehicle with chrome alongside your pillars, door handles and tailgate handles, be sure to include your fuel door cover. Most cars and trucks paint their fuel doors the same color as the rest of the vehicle, to blend them in. But we see the fuel door as another way for your vehicle to make a statement - preferably in chrome, of course!

Did Your Fuel Door Cover Fall Off?

We've heard stories about how fuel doors come off. Sometimes, drivers or gas station attendants forget to take the hose out of the tank and the vehicle pulls away. Off comes the door! We've also heard about doors that fall off because of poor factory installation.

We can replace that fuel door with an OEM part but consider taking your fuel door up a notch with a gleaming, chrome-finished stainless steel door. Although many vehicles have an inside release button for fuel doors, you may wish to include a lock on your new fuel door for extra security. This is also recommended for older vehicles without releases.

Fuel Door Covers are Easy to Replace

For most vehicles, fuel door covers are ridiculously easy to replace. All you need is a screwdriver and to follow the instructions we send. Just make sure that nothing combustible is close by when you are doing this, particularly smoking products.
